What PBB, Inc. Is Looking For:
Self-motivated, work-at-home, professional call-center agents that are willing to dedicate 20 hours out of their schedule (at least) to a client- and agent-friendly IBO. ALL agents must be okay with being contractors and earning as little or AS MUCH as they are motivated to do! New opportunities are consistently added! Please Note: We can not currently accept applications from CA (California), WI (Wisconsin), OR (Oregon), MD (Maryland), MA (Massachusetts), NY (New York), or CT (Conneticut). We apologize for any inconvenience. Our FEIN# is 83-2715050 when registering as a new agent for our IBO!
PBB, Inc. wants their agents and clients to feel supported and welcomed. Therefore, the Support Forums are an open area for agents to communicate and help each other, just like in any other physical workplace. Because of this, all of those using the forum are expected to remain professional as this is an extension of the wokplace in virtual settings. The Support Forums are heavily moderated and moderators are in place to ensure all interactions remain cordial and professional.
Support Forums Between Agents
These are strictly for support-questions between fellow agents. If you are in a real snafu and would love to have a co-worker help you, this is the place to post those questions! The best part about using the Support Forums for support is that you may get an answer faster than if you exhausted other avenues! Please use this to your advantage!
"The Lounge" Forum"
This is the ONLY forum with a somewhat lax atmosphere. Call-center related issues can be discussed here in a professional manner (including some small frustrations)! Everything must be discussed in a professional-manner, but must be call-center & customer-service related. This forum will be locked from guests & users who may be on the site. Only Agents & the COO will have access to the forum, as a password is needed to get in. Any breaches of password usage will cause this forum to be shut-down, indefinitely. Any disresepectful comments or profanity will be immediately addressed, deleted, and banned. This is a "No Judgment and Safe Zone" for agents the COO to communicate with each other. No hostile environment will be accepted in "The Lounge" forum.
Clients (Resume & Web-Design Clients) Forums
This particular forum needs a password to enter and is very, very heavily moderated. These forums are for updates related to resume classes and particular web-design discussions between the COO & the clients. Each thread will be locked after each project is over. The threads make it easier for the clients for web-design to see the process & follow in chronological order and to go back if needed. It also creates a safe-space for clients and provides an area for web-design clients to review, accept, and comment. Resume threads will be open for a week for each class and locked after that. Resume clients may enjoy the features of asking questions, help editing resumes and cover-letters, and a limited number of 1:1 sessions for resume-building.
Code of Conduct in a Nutshell
Posting in these Support Forums mean that you adhere to the "Code of Conduct". Thank-you for all that you contribute to PBB, Inc. IBO!
PBB, Inc. blog is somewhat of a bullentin-board and a way to communicate new updates for agents and clients alike. Blog comments are to be "clean" and topic-related. Also, any support questions must be directed towards support e-mails, tickets, and live-chat. Inquiries about the topics are allowed in the comments or any other comment related to the particular blog-post. Disrespectful and "rude" comments will be banned from the blog and handled subsequently. This is also an extension of your workplace and needs to be addressed in a professional manner.
So, please, enjoy the blog-posts and post your opinions! Happy Commenting!
